Carles Castells, founder of Stack Bikefitting, is a professional cycling biomechanic from Valencia who helps riders improve their performance.
Challenge
Despite having strong social media content and steady traffic, Carles struggled to turn that attention into bookings. The process from discovery to reservation was too complicated without a proper website or Google Business Profile.
Solution
I built a complete digital ecosystem — a website and Google Business Profile that worked together to showcase Stack Bikefitting's services and convert visitors automatically, while keeping his established personal brand intact.
After fully understanding Carles’s business model and goals, I designed a website that reflected his professionalism and precision through smooth animations and a modern visual flow.
We developed it in Framer to achieve that “wow” effect from the first interaction, helping visitors instantly understand his expertise.
Once live, the new setup simplified communication with clients and turned his online presence into a consistent source of new bookings.
What this project teached me
Traffic means nothing without direction. This project showed me how a strong, clear website can turn attention into real business — and how design and strategy always work better together.
